Definitely not true. I was out doing some door to door about an hour away from our church and had a great conversation with a man that took our churches information. Never met the guy and haven't seen him since. We have no friends in common and he lives over an hour away. I get home and later that night he pops up on my suggested friends list.
I don’t buy it. My ex’s Mom shows up all the time. We don’t have any mutual friends and she not in my contacts on my phone, but comes up constantly under people I may know, even after I remove her.
FB suggested in my notification a freaky person I've never met, 1 mutual friend, he didn't login since 2011, no post nor mutual interest, huge age gap, no mutual interest whatsoever. FB is a bigtime fail other than tracking my search and stuff. FB is pathetic
My facebook friend suggestions are mostly influencers. It's really impossible to have common friends, profile information/networks, activity nor someone I know. most are strangers with high numbers of followers. Take note that I haven't opened my facebook for months already and the moment I started opening it again, those are the friend suggestions I received. Did they pay facebook to advertise them in my friend suggestions to fish more followers?
Hi there, I’m currently have a problem. I created an account earlier this morning. I run into the issue when I went to a suggested friends and noticed that nobody was appearing at all eventually they did and disappeared again I found that quite strange so I eventually made myself a new account Later on this afternoon, I put my contact number into it to secure my account so it saved the same thing happened again I’m really frustrated. All of my toggles are on for people to find me and they was previously there prior this situation happening. I was just wondering is there any other solution to sort this issue out please?
My ex swares I've sent him multiple friend requests but I have never sent him not even one. I have viewed his profile several times but because of his "situation" I know not to do such a thing. Of course he believes otherwise but the reality is Facebook initiates friend requests on it's own independent of it's users and has been doing so for years.

It's secret information for FB but suggested friends comes from mutual friends and people you may know are people looking at your profile

Why are 99% of FB friend suggestions Caucasian?
