Beautiful bikes! I had a 2009 R1 and after I took it to a racing school I realized it is too much power for the street. Looking at the R1M, that thing is born to be on the track. The tech alone makes it almost crazy to ride on the street. I agree with you, the only way to even touch the potential of the R1M is doing strictly track riding. Can’t wait to see the full review!
I like R1 on the street because the extra torque is awesome. Not to mention the sound. After switching to literbikes, I never looked back. 600's just feel slow.
I wanna know the length and width of both bikes. As I am a pretty built guy and I want a bike for recreational purposes. Dont wanna look too big on R6 if its thin and short compare to R1
R1M looks orignal but R6 look is a cheap and looks like a first copy of R1 & R1M. in a shoe world we would call it fake sneakers, just like thar R6 looks is not that good to me. but the engine and all is awesome.
From what I understand the V4R doesn’t have electronic suspension like the V4S. This is due to Moto GP not allowing it in the circuit if I’m not mistaken. 🤷♂️ Both R1M and V4 very gorgeous bikes.
That's the plan. Taking the R6 to Chuckwalla on the 15th... have already taken the Street Triple there so when I get back, I will do a road & track review and compare both. Separate track review just for Striple of course. Don't worry.. I gotchoo! 😉
@@natew9617 they won’t .. 600 is a dead class, you’ll still be able to pick one up in the aftermarket it’s not like they’re limited editions, you’ll be fine

Both!
@@stylez521 Same!
Both 😂
I went with the Yamaha R6 in blue,
R3 was slow and R1 was just insane, R6 is a nice mixture in the middle.

Look at Imkay his daily is a R1M. Too bad here in our country the R6 are more expensive than R1 some the same year after 8years old.
Them sound effects to describe the tails 🙌🏾🤣🔥
I am excited for upcoming Yamaha r7 eventhough i cant afford it😂
It dropped
R6 is all you NEED!
I still didn’t choose between r1m and r6, wich should I buy?
Absolutely stunning!
Still till this day I haven't seen an orange R6 or R1

Question, does an R1 feel longer?
@@colethompson7910 no, not really. It turns in a little slower than an R6 but not by much.

Your pretty ,do you want to date !
Great video thanks!
Holy I love the orange.

You're analogy is way off... They aren't even in the same region of racing...
10 minutes video and he did not talk about the most important aspect before buying a motorcycle, weight, riding position and seat height
weight.. don't be fat.
riding position.. if your fat, you will die
seat height.. if you're short, watch my short person video.

Nope incorrect all around
Which ECU tune did you do ? I'm looking forward to doing it on my 2018 R6 too.
Check the playlist.
Very sexy.
Dude your "buddy" wouldn't let you test drive his r1 before you did a comparison.
How about a comparison between the r6 and street triple both street and track?

@@PetroHead looking forward to those videos!
Can i have your old motorcycle❤
very informative for us
dreaming that r1m someday
Why do your R6 have 114 to the wheel after a tune & exhaust change?
I got more done than just that. Keep watching the build series.
What a choice... 😃 both indeed!
I think R1 would be too much for my street riding.
The magnesium wheels are trash it’s cast with magnesium true but it’s no where near forged carbon or magnesium wheels
I absolutely despise these people. Pushing info right or wrong and posers that post content. And people flock to watch it.
I hear chocolate makes you feel better when you enter your time of the month.
Yamaha r1 is so heavy haha i tiptoed both feet and can't move the bike 🤣🤣 or maybe i just didn't had my lunch
Bruh they best not be discontinuing the r6

They already have. Only the non street-legal R6 is available in Europe. None in the US😥👎🏽
damn 🥺
I really hope they come out with something even better

R1M❤️😊😊
The brakes are Advics
Are you 100% sure? Can't find anything on the web.
@@PetroHead ADVICS calibers & Nissin master cylinder 100% positive
@@kiddough1984 Interesting. The calipers of standard R1 + R6 are Nissin. I guess the ADVICS, something which I never heard of are better.
