I used to work at a movie theater. I once had a customer tell me that she wanted so much butter on her ginormous bucket of popcorn that "she wanted to feel her arteries clog." I shit you not.
I used to as well. I think that happened a couple times with me too.

Hahaha this is gold! You will not believe how bad people freak out when we tell them they can't bring outside food or drink.
dude spot on about the food, i worked in a theatre and ppl would complain about the prices then buy the biggest pop corn and soda then leave half of it in the theatre, to me its commen sense if u go to a movie theatre their food is pricey same with an airport

Lol this is true im tired of trying answering " is the biggest bag the large popcorn?"wow o.k i assume everyone pass kindergarten. this. i had this old lady who complain that she couldnt use the .50cents coupon on a sour candy on a popcorn. she cant have candy shes diabetic. in the end she complain to the manger and she receive a free small popcorn( better not have salt she has high cholesterol) . but today my shift ended i saw her again with a small icee and nachos! everyone at work know her

I was going to open up a $2 show ( like they had in the 90's ) but I realised I would once in awhile have to deal with people like this and said screw that. that and I didn't have 500k to buy the building and upgrade everything and unless I sold a thousand tickets a day and each person bought pop and popcorn it wouldn't make any profit...!
