In the 80's. Initially I detested it. Being a lagos born and bred. Before you can say, "jack Ruby ". I was hooked on it. Couldn't get Enough. Till this day Okpa left a lasting impression on me. I have been overseas since the 80's. London to be priscise. I do miss Okpa. I guess the Delicasy has changed and Improved a lot.

You might be over adding water and cooking it on high heat. Okpa requires little water and cooking it on steam
