The game both looks and performs well on 970. I've put DX11. Shadows on low (it actually hard to notice, it becomes slightly blurry but gives quite noticeble amount of frames), Textures on medium, the rest could be maxed out with almost no impact on performance. FSR 3.0 on Maximum Quality (switch it at -dx12, then switch back to -dx11). Cant see much difference but fps at my native 2560x1080
@@AlienPlaysGames you can force FSR 3.0 frame generation through .ini edits which should work on GTX 970. Shame the devs didn't implement FSR 3.1 which is miles better.
The 970 doesn’t accept FSR 3 only the first (FSR 1) I wish this game was well optimized like Resident Evil 4 remake…that game runs awesomely in my 10 years pre-build rig🥲
Mine it’s MSI 970gt 16gbs of ram i5 4460 processor And it’s definitely not running so smoothly and beautifully like yours , I’m getting 18~21fps…why?any advice?
@@teknogameid actually after I wrote that comment, I went back to my configs and watch again your video…my “render quality preset” was on high or custum and also the supersampling was on FSR 1.0, after putting exactly like your it’s running way better sometimes almost 50fps…still have some parts with huge drops but, it’s pretty playable now…many thanks
@@amr19932012 fair enough. My specs: Ryzen 3600 4.2ghz 16gb 3200mhz 3060 12gb game installed on nvme drive I just upgraded from a 970 last week lol. Even on a 3060 there was stuttering to get it locked on 1080 60fps. There's a lot of different mods and settings to change to get it to run well which I just did these past few days that helped the game run smoothly now. Dlss is also on. RT on, shadows on low, shaders on mid, everything else high, motion blur off. Now with the 970 there is no way you're gonna go 60fps. Lock the game to 30fps, maybe go 720p, and go low on everything, and try to run the game in d12 mode, and try fsr 3 with frame gen activation. All these can be found on TH-cam videos showing the 970 running it, and googling for tips.
even my 3070 still stuttering af. from 90 fps it can be drop to 40 and up again to 90. when ever the character move fast or run, stuttering issue still exist
You can, but you’ll have performance and visual issues. But if you have actual hardware - modern cpu, 32gb ddr5 7200 ram and nvme ssd with swap on it, so you can use your old 2gb gpu (1050/960/rx560) for good experience on very low settings possible

YOU TOO??
damn thats actually playable
Пользовался данной картой GTX 970 с 2015-2023 удивительно еще что то может )))

My config 970+i5 4690 , 10years
DAMN 80 degrees celcius
the gpu power draw boost over the rated tdp (148w), palit gtx 970 jetstream uses 2x6 pin pcie power
and maybe the cooling has degraded due to old gpu
I have a Ryzen 7, 3070 and 16 GB or ram and the frame rate be dropping at 15 fps sometimes. They need to patch this so bad.
yeah, I have bad 1% fps in this game because of fps drops
Try using FSR 3 and if possible try frame generation too. Should be playable if the input lag is not ridiculous.
Frame Generation is only on 40 series

TSR looks so much better than FSR in this game!!

how is your gpu power draw? my gtx 970 pulls 180w
the default tdp rating of gtx 970 is 148w

Will this game work on:
Core i7-7500U @ 2.70GHz
16GB DDR4 Ram
Geforce 940mx 4GB
yes, but probably not playable
the performance is under rx 550
GTX 970
i5-9400F 2.90GHz
16 GB
1920x1080 60Hz
Do you think I can have the same performance like this video ?
I think the performance will be similar, this game only uses 19-22% of the ryzen 5 4500
and it still good for i5 9400f
You just gotta try it. Sail the high seas and get fit girl repack to test it out before buying

dx11 unreal engine 5 da hell
Can I play with 2gb vram?
Game using full 4gb and it stutter a lot for me
It's unreal engine 5 traversal stutter apparently. It seems to affect cards with more VRAM too.

yes, at least gtx 960 or 1050 but with broken texture and more stuttering
