Nice video here. I have this same issue, where its hot= passenger, warm to cool on driver side& defrost.
I looked at the actuator & its turning the blend door arms. Is there something else i should look for or does the actuator need to " fully extend" those door arms?

@@RBTheMechanic Hi, I have a 2006 Honda Accord and there is a problem with no heat on driver's side. Passenger's side is ok. I checked the heater control valve and it seems to work properly. What I noticed is that one of the hoses connected to the heater core is warmer that the other. I can also hear a water flowing sound behind the dashboard. I flushed my heater core last year and after that I got a little bit warmer air on passenger's side but no change on driver's side. Greetings from Poland, the winter is coming and I've had enough of catching a cold after every longer drive. Please help me :)

@@RBTheMechanic Thank you for the quick response. I didn't know that there are two motors on passenger's side. Both are working but I noticed that one of the pins is out of guide (I don't know if "pin and guide" are correct words for these but hope you know what I mean, sorry I'm not a native speaker) so i pushed it into the guide. Before that the air was constantly blowing out of vents straight in my face and fingers, I also didn't have air blowing through vents on legs. But now that problem is solved and the air blows exactly where the mode I choose shows. (For two years I have been wondering who was so stupid to design it this way that you can't block air blowing in your face, haha). But still cold air on driver's side. After that I'm pretty sure it's not a matter of clogged heater core. The second motor (it works) is much deeper and i can't see the whole mechanism but I guess it might be a problem. Maybe one of the pins is also out of guide. Is the deeper one responsible for hot/cold air flow?

I took off the blend door actuator like you show in the video and I can only manually move my blend door by hand about half of the way. So I guess that explains why I’ve got no heat. Any thoughts? Do I need to take out everything to see the actual blend door and if something is blocking it?
