Thank you! I had the exact same problem. I pull out the cabin filter and it looked as bad as the one in the video. I started the car and I have ice cold air on both sides I am in Florida so ac is an absolute must. Thank again!
Thanks for posting. I have a 08 RL with the exact same issue. When I pulled out the old filter it was super filthy. I'm going to remove it and see what happens.
Nice vid TY. I have same issue on my Lucerne with dual climate zones passenger side blows cold heat only on drivers side all the modes work so I'm guessing it's the passenger blend door actuator.
Thanks for this. I have a 2007 Honda Accord with this exact problem, but my cabin filter is clean, and the car AC was recharged last summer (so less than a year ago). What else can I try? Any videos on fixing the actuator?
This is all u can try did u check to see if both blend door acuator work if u got dual climat control. Most likely this could be bad ac compressor not pumping enough
Usually under that passenger side dash behind the glove box open glove box squeeze sides a lot of times it will release and be able to point at the floor make sure empty glove box should be a black tray box that tells you how to open pull tray out there is your cabin air filter

Yeah it most likely is blend door motor
😅
Very interesting. Thanks.
I don’t get how there would be dif temps to the vents if not the blender is there more than one evaporator or something?
It wasent letting air pass through evaporation core

@@RBTheMechanic That is my next step. I'm much more of a hand on kinda gal, than a "give it to the dealership and pay hundreds". Lol.
Do you have. Video to check if blend door works or not ?
No
Where is your workshop at?
I’m in north nj bayonne
Thank you bro I fixed the valve and I have hot air now, now I need to fix the blend door because there’s no heat on driver side.
@@octaviozavala7198 nice job!!
Bro I tried doing everything to get heat on driver side but nothing and my actuators are working fine. What else could it be?
Did u check to see if the blend door motor turns?
@@RBTheMechanic yes it’s working properly
@@octaviozavala7198 then it maybe ur core is blocked
@@RBTheMechanic you have any videos on replacing that?
@@octaviozavala7198 no I don’t
I have warm air but radiator fan does not turn on!
The ac might not be working check Freon pressure
my driver side blow out heat and air but my passenger side just blow cold
Did u check blend door if u got dual control
Same with me
Could it be a sensor?
Which sensor ur thinking off
I am trying to find that out..
I was told it was probably a sensor.
@@LaughingblueSu not sure
You need to show where that air filter go
I have videos on it
