Syncope and vision loss always just lead to a simplified diagnosis of "CNS lesion with underlying cardiovascular disease". The anatomy and functional localization helps to explain all the things behind. Thanks Dr Andrew!

Only needs to be considered in patients with a history of CABG, otherwise it’s safe to assume it’s musculoskeletal
