Pain and temperature are not spared in Wallenberg They are the crossed sensory findings from the spinal thalamic tract. He meant proprioception and vibration ( posterior column modalities)
I dont mean to be off topic but does anybody know a tool to log back into an Instagram account?? I stupidly lost my account password. I would love any tricks you can give me.
@Nathan Uriel thanks so much for your reply. I found the site thru google and I'm in the hacking process now. Looks like it's gonna take a while so I will reply here later when my account password hopefully is recovered.
So true. Dr Lee you are a treat and a gift... and I do ER, not ophthalmology. I enjoy and learn so confidently by both his sooo CLEAR verbal content and his cool delivery.
Thank you for this, excellent explanation. I would just like to add! Work is ongoing in the management of dysphagia in Wallenberg syndrome with transcranial magnetic stimulation, so watch this space!
Hi Dr. LEE, I've watched your video and I'm pretty impressed about it. I'd need to talk to you about something really important. How can I get in touch with you?
@@JABDUDE Thx mate! A question for you though bcs I don't understand it: How is it possible that a central tegmental tract (CTT) leads to the palatal myoclonus in Wallenberg syndrome, if the CTT is not in the medulla (which is affected here)?
