I am a german medical student and I will have my final examination in November this and as a additional subject I got ophthalmology. I discovered your videos a couple years ago, when I had my first ophthalmology exams and now I come back to them. You are a great teacher Dr. Lee. You make these concepts seem so easy. Thank you!
I have so much more Neuro material to study for my final on Tuesday and your videos have saved me hours of time. These videos are awesome ! -1st year osu optometry student
Huge THANK YOU for videos like that. I´ve been searching for such easy videos of the (for me) horrible neuro-ophthalmology and finally! :) Greetings from Europe.
Informative the Mech of Apraclonifine...Alpha 2 and Appha 1 receptor location at Synaptic junction ,and their inter.feedback +/- feed back,,Thank you which is normally missing from test books.
Speed... You can rule out large lesion in the ED with the CT/CTA. MRI/MRA often requires more time to obtain but is typically better for most neuro-ophthalmic problems.
I work in community care. If a Px comes in with anisocoria; its greater in the light, poor/no reaction to light, you've ruled out its not 3rd nerve palsy or problem with iris and suspect its a problem with ciliary ganglion - how soon should you refer this Px to neuro-ophthalmologist?
I’ve got Anisocoria (R eye) that is present in the dark but both pupils react to light simultaneously and are same size in the light. How would you explain that?
Hello, I had LASIK surgery and after that I noticed that in dim light my right pupil will dilate more than the left one, also I see glares/halos during the night and I have noticed a bit of vertical double vision. Nothing’s wrong with my eyelids though. Any idea of what could it be or why am I seeing like this? I appreciate your response, thank you.
I have this along with double vision, light sensitivity and color smudge.I've been to three Ophthalmologists and two Neurologists and they couldn't find anything.Still,my vision is deteriorating and weird enough I noticed my face started to become really asymmetrical,it's super noticeable in pictures.Any toughts? Thanks

Regarding your comments at 9:33, can you explain why MRI/MRA is used in outpatient settings and why CT/CTA is used in emergency room settings?
