Great episode.
If instead of saving Violet, you save Louis, the result is different. What happens to violet is both more and less heart breaking. It depends on your sensibilities. But I wouldn't make spoilers to you in case you want to see it for yourself.

The choice of killing lilly or not, I find it meaningful. Some people say it doesn't matter but I don't know what they expect from one choice in a game like this. It changes the flavor of this and next episode a lot even if it doesn't change a lot of future events. It's hard to explain without spoilers, recommend you to try the other choice if you like the game.
