A little late but I thought I'd throw this out there just in case it helps someone don't do what I did even though I have good lighting I never checked to see what the camera itself was getting i was in just the right spot where the camera got almost no light and threw everything off if your having problems with tracking check to see what the cameras getting I nearly bought something that was way more expensive then what I needed when I just needed to get a small led bar it just slipped my mind to check this somehow >.

I upped the image quality to ultra (just got a brand new Alienware m15 Ryzen edition R5, so it can totally handle it!) but my avi is crazy jittery now. Even on medium it's still somewhat jittery, it only disappears on low. Any thoughts as to what settings I need to fix to get rid of the jitters??

When I boot up VMM 1.8.2_Standard's VMagicMirror, I get the empty green screen but the control panel doesn't spawn. I've tried running the application as Administrator, deleting the folder and unzipping again, unzipping the folder to a file location not my desktop, and even a fresh download of the zip file from Booth, but nothing makes the Control Panel spawn on start-up and I haven't been able to click anywhere in the blank green window or hit any potential hotkey to open it up. The VMM FAQ does list this as an issue of unknown origin, but only with version 0.9.3 (where it says to go back to 0.9.2 if this is happening to you). Do you (or anyone, I guess, but you seem to be the expert) know either how to fix this or where I can report that this bug is happening in the 1.8.2? Thanks so much for your time!

Try unplugging and replugging in your camera
