    Nice tip. That rod looks like a bicycle wheel spoke (its also threaded) . When I eventually get a layout going I'll have to try it out... The brass knob looks very classy too eh.

      piratepeteakadocc I will pass the word to Robert, though I am not sure if the bicycle spoke would be as economical. Good point though.

    Great tip. The rod looks good and strong so it should have no problems.

    May I ask what the rod is that he is using?

      I thing the push rod comes with the turnout control. Look at MicroMart

      Dubro comes from the RC hobby to control ailerons, rudders and elevators.

    Nice, Im using the same set up, but, I like your idea of the pop rivet and the key setup. Great ideas!! Thanks for sharing
