@@shawnsaul7759 Do you mean if the arp is triggering the subsequent 37? basically they are just clock synced and each doing their thing!

that was deep, dark and I really dug the vibe. I am an old fucker who was ready to sell all my gear and now wants to dust off my moog sub 37, unbox all my gear, wire up my Ableton studio again which has been in boxes for 5 years. I turn 60 next month so it's either keep the gear and use it or quit music. Your vibe is dope and inspires me to setup my studio one last time.

So inspiring to me, I have both these instruments and mean to improve thanks to vids like yours.
No to oversimplify, but what is your approach? Seems like you are mixing free-form playing, with using a sequence, then flipping to the arp. Am I on the right track? Do you have any tutorials?
These two are incredible instruments and you can really achieve a lot with them, I am still learning. You are right, I am switching between the subsequent 37 sequencer and its arp. Also in the tr8s is a sequence of 4 bars to generate the bass line of the entire progression. I don't have synthesis tutorials but I do have some music production tutorials, but they are in Spanish.

This has honestly gotta be one of my favourite songs. Played it probably 50 times. No clue why it doesn't have millions of views. Was your opening sequence on the sub 37 sequencer or through a daw? I'm trying to cover it on my sub 37 but it's taking me ages haha
