Why when I consistently show problem solving skills do I never get any recognition fo having them, when it is really clearly my idea and they are presented and then used from me in front of my boss??
@@kararonin I have mastered the art to keep my mouth shut.... opening my mouth leads to digging my own grave and agreeing to what my boss says (saying ok). This strategy has been quite effective in keeping my job...
