After a bad crash and getting neck and spine injuries i used to have to see a chiropractor Twice a week for 2.5 years( once a month now) and the neck adjustments were the only thing I worried about but i dont mind it now, i get less headaches and sleep a bit better, your body is sore for a few days afterwards but its so worth it. Haven't been for months and my bodys definitely feeling it, got slack with my exercises too which hasn't helped.
I love how sensitive he is with her stopping and making sure she’s okay before he proceeds on. Very good at his job, makes people feel comfortable and safe during their session🙌🏽
I found him coercive and manipulative. She clearly didn't want a neck adjustment, but bowed to his pressure tactics. Also, the crunching, cracking noises are obviously dubbed in afterward.

This doctor seems a lot more like a normal doctor. Not rushing through the same 15 routine pops, actually taking his time to study his patient and taking things slowly to ensure they're comfortable. This felt educational, not for views. Good stuff doc!
He kind of has to, chiropractics is no joke. Patient needs to be calmed and relaxed so he can execute his moves properly and not mess up and cause injuries
I almost watched all the chiro here in TH-cam but he was the only chiro I've seen explaining to his patient what he's going to do and I think that's a lot comfortable and not to be too scared for a cracked.
Thank you for your feedback! We're glad you appreciate the thorough approach of checking, adjusting, and re-checking. It's a method designed to ensure the best possible care. We also hope to see this approach become more widespread in the field. Your support is much appreciate
I love these DIY videos! I line up family members at holiday get togethers and I binge watch a bunch of videos before so I am all trained up and ready to do some manipulations!
Every time he adjusted her neck I was like..."Ok, is this the time when he's going to break her neck?!?!" 😬😲Crazy how much movement the neck can take without breaking!
Well, there is risk. Quote from nih The high velocity thrust used in cervical manipulation can produce significant strain on carotid and vertebral vessels. Once a dissection has occurred, the risk of thrombus formation, ischemic stroke, paralysis, and even death is drastically increased
Watch Beau Hightower, there are complete lectures of his. I wish there were more chiropractors that would do the hammer therapy for me. I have ehlers-danlos hyper mobility, and the being twisted will move things like Sciatic but not actually all the way in place, and it will go right back out just driving a stick shift new bug from clutching and braking the 10 blocks from the chiropractor to my house. I used to have weekly adjustments and never complete relief. However the hammer therapy will get things all the way into place and then they stay in for at least 6 months. The actuator is useless to move things as far as I need them moved. And I don't get twisted 3/4+ around, like wringing out a wet towel without success.
I've never been to a chiropractor but once, I cracked my neck. It was a huge single pop and I felt this warm sensation in my entire head. Felt like blood was rushing to it for the first time.
EAsfgman Friends convinced me to go. I was VERY lucky, the chiropractor took x-rays first & then advised me to NEVER allow ‘adjustments’ to be performed on my spine. She did adjust my neck because there wasn’t any damage there & my experience was similar to yours. Attending spine surgeon appointments I met a lady who walked-in for her regular chiropractic appointment & left in an ambulance! She was in a wheelchair for years!! Surgeons state that “it’s unlikely that chiropractors will cause permanent damage to a healthy spine!”
My friend accidentally cracked my neck once, ever since I’ve been able to crack my neck. I crack it almost everyday, but only when I feel tension in my shoulders/neck. It’s so nice when it’s done. Don’t know if it’s good though😅

Absolutely brilliant! You really don’t think there’s much to your feet until you watch this. Great job 👍
Thanks for watching frances. Yes I’m glad you got that. Feet are a huge part of the treatment.
I've never been so scared and excited for someone my entirely life.
I love how calm and reassuring he is. I really like how he talks her through it and asks if she's comfortable with x or y... job well done
thanks Aurora!
I love how sensitive he is with her stopping and making sure she’s okay before he proceeds on. Very good at his job, makes people feel comfortable and safe during their session🙌🏽
@Foreign Fishing My first thought as well.
I found him coercive and manipulative. She clearly didn't want a neck adjustment, but bowed to his pressure tactics. Also, the crunching, cracking noises are obviously dubbed in afterward.
omg yess!!! he so professional.
This is the first normal comment on this video. Why all the jokes about paralyzing people? So weird.

Mine is so relaxed he haven’t wake up for 3 days but I don’t want to say it to my mom so she doesn’t wake him up
If I went to a chiropractor and asked me what's wrong, I wouldn't know how to explain except "it hurts everywhere._."
Same tho if I’m being honest
he’s the most comforting doctor i’ve ever watched
He isn't a doctor. Don't call him a doctor. It's insulting to REAL doctors.

Dr “Hoar” would be more than happy to give full service adjustment.
Wrestled in high school and was in the military for 4 years and did suffer a back injury, and have visited the chiropractor once after the military. My visit consisted of shock therapy to the mid part of my back. Never had a readjustment like you see here. I can't imagine how much better id feel if I did. I need to when everything clears up.😭🤙🏽💯
This guy is amazing!! He understands every body is different yet the triggers are the same.

Well he calls the rectus femoris a hip flexor muscle …

The high velocity thrust used in cervical manipulation can produce significant strain on carotid and vertebral vessels. Once a dissection has occurred, the risk of thrombus formation, ischemic stroke, paralysis, and even death is drastically increased

One of the actual educational chiropractic videos on TH-cam, since I'm trying to get into physiotherapy this is very useful
