Hey coach I want to thank you for the tips, it helped last nights bench set tremendously. I've been lifting for about 7 years on and off and your IPF & USAPL technique helped a lot with keeping tightness, driving through the legs and minimal shoulder movement. My arms have about a 3 inch difference due to my being born with a broken collarbone at birth so I would always have shoulder pain after any bench session. But after watching your video 315 moved easily for 5 sets of 4-6 reps. Thanks again coach you're very much appreciated!
Big up to Big Benchas for keeping us entertained through isolation.

Thanks a lot for that Terrence, means a lot buddy! Really glad everything has been helping. Keep moving that bench!
That would have improved tonight's bench session in my basement.
Hey coach. I'm stuck at home without barbell and bench. Can't afford a home gym. What now? :(
Dips chins pushups and more dips
Push ups. Fill a backpack with heavy shit if you need extra resistance. Also do dips and pullups at a park if you have that nearby
Shoot me an email my friend and I'll send you our at home workouts! No barbell needed!
