      @@PlaZmaBS On November, 4 2021 (My 50th birthday), I benched 500 at a body weight of 242. The local newspaper covered the story and put a picture of the lift on the front page. I couldn't have done it without advice/tips from Coach Ben.

    What do you think of the sheiko programming? It tends to be submaximal ie 4x2 @ 80% or sets of 3 @ 75

      Honestly, it barely makes a difference. I do like aggressive knurling and how it feels, but I could bench a DL bar, or even an axle.

      Overhead extensions for 3 sets of 15-20 reps helped me. Jm presses are amazing too but progress slowly because at first it will load the elbow a lot. Also dips and close grip bench
