Hey guys, if you enjoyed this video please give me a thumbs up I would really appreciate it. Who else should I fact-check? Let me know in the comments below!

Careful what you read on the internet, so much fake psychology out there. Especially neuroscience and neuroeconomics. This stuff is the only kind of correct. The general theories were generally explained well but just taken really far out of context. When theories are tested in contexts so different from how they were researched, expect findings do not replicate well. My advice, if you want a girlfriend, don't try and trick her into liking you. Love yourself first, have inner confidence, then just drink your coffee and ask her out. If you're thinking of all these tricks just to try to get the first date, you're probably trying too hard.

Thank you all so much for the support. Behavioral Economics and Behavioral Science is such a great evidence-based community to be a part of right now. What is really amazing is the ability for us to use insights from psychology for self-development and productivity purposes. Delivering actually scientifically backed advice that will legitimately improve your life, not just give advice based on opinion like many other productivity 'gurus' on the internet. Understanding HABITS is really key. There is so much misinformation about habits out there, and we have good data to justify why these poor pieces of advice are incorrect. If you want real tips on how to build strong, healthy habits and break unhealthy bad ones, subscribe to my channel for actual evidence-based advice. As well as lots of other fun and thought-provoking behavioral economics content! Thanks!

The Benjamin Franklin effect. I read that in a 1935 edition of the Dale Carnegie book: How to win friends and influence people. Benjamin borrowed a book from one of his adversary. They then became closer as the ''enemy'' felt appreciated for the fact that he owned this book (which if i remember well had some rare value)

Hello, love the video, what books would you recommend for studying psychology?

Thanks! If you’re interested in this kind of psychology. Which is social, behavioral science, then I think predictably irrational by Dan Ariely would be a good starting point
