People in the 1950s would make hot rods from these cars. Iron Trap Garage puts the cars back together in that spirit. Often times people have little left to work with . Your car looks sharp already just the way it sits.
@@canadianwrench Jonathan W just posted a video, I mentioned your car in the comments. He has one where the doors were rusted off the bottoms. His car has hardly anything left. But nothing stops him.
It’s all about the challenge. How far gone can a car be and I still can bring it back and drive it? This one I really lucked out on. Buying sight unseen both ways - yikes!! Sometimes you have to roll the dice.
@@canadianwrench and this time you rolled very well. In that spirit, I asked a company if they had some blue panels in stock, they replied that they only had yellow. I followed with "I'm not sure how that would go over with the customer". Their reply was " A live lived without risk and color...is not a life lived". That car is going to look great stock, or slightly changed. The best part about it is you get to enjoy it just as it is today...no need to hurry to get it together. You are living life the right way!
