Robert… I’ve been to Australia Zoo 4 times in the last 2 years & absolutely loved it each time. I think if your legendary dad was still with us, he would utter the loudest “CRIKEY!!” ever heard of if he could see how much the Zoo has grown since the early days 🫵😁👍
His dad is still with us? He's in a place called our heart.

I live close to the Australian Reptile Park on the NSW Central Coast, managed by a guy named Tim Faulkner & I love it. It’s not all reptiles though as there are free roaming kangaroos & a wide range of bird life. I feel so at home in an environment surrounded by animals of all kinds, having grown up in an animal-friendly area.
I’m in a wheelchair and stayed in the accessible cabin last year and was very impressed. Such consideration given to making my stay as comfortable as possible. It made my visit to Aus zoo more memorable. Thank you.

I have a family member that in a wheelchair and I can say a certainty that this place is big enough for her and the wheelchair. So thank you so much for having a place for her to stay if she ever goes and it looks beautiful.

It is a lovely place to stay!
We were very impressed with the glass house mountains when we visited Australia and this sys a lot as we live in the Rocky Mountains. Two different landscapes for sure but what a lovely lime in Australia.

Holy heck thats so cool! So good to see all access facilities that doesnt make you feel like you're in a hospital.
I really appreciate that the design was made accessible for the disabled. My husband is wheel chair bound & we are limited to where we can venture because of the aforementioned.

It would be a great idea to invite a not so wealthy family with children to stay there? talking about showing the love for animals and humans smiles.
I love everything about Australia zoo, but not these cabins. They lack decor and are too bare looking for me
$1553 per night during the month of May. That's insane. No thanks.
