மேலே கூறிய இரண்டு சட்டப்படி அமலாக்க பட்ட சட்டத்தை தவிர மூன்றாவதாக
Judgement Law என்று ஒன்று உண்டு....
அது மேலமை கோர்ட்டில் கொடுக்கப்படும் தீர்ப்பின் அடிப்படையில் கீழமை கோர்ட்டும் அதை சார்ந்த பிற வழக்கில் பின் பற்ற பட வேண்டும்.

Kejri has evaded nine summons and was arrested only after the diktat from Delhi HC! ED has given a long rope before arresting him. Even if he was to be arrested after June,4, what is the guarantee that he would not be enlarged by SC on regular bail!?
