Yeah, my shoulders imploded with the extreme chest workout, and I don''t mind training my shoulders, I consider them one of my weakest muscles; but I didn't feel much contraction on my chest.

This video was a major ’corrective’ for me; thank you. Also, I appreciate the feet planting portion as well. I have developed a bit of pain in my right Achilles heel. (it is usually planted in the rear.)
Question: have you found that higher top shoes like the ones you are wearing in this video work well for supporting the ankle and Achilles?
No what you need is a shoe with a good “heel drop”. The more your heel drops into the sneaker with the support around it the better. So it necessarily doesn’t need to be a high top. A low top with good heel drop would be better

How to strengthen the ""lower back"" with Resistance Band ?

Is it only use resistance band can build up our muscle. Or need use some weight lifting ?
You don’t need both but both help. 80% of my workouts are bands only
6:10 facial expressions that should be reserved for the wife lol.
Some great advice, i struggled establishing a muscle- mind connection in my chest, be it using bands or Dumbbells, heavy(ish) or light........ i finally cracked it doing what you show here, lifting the band higher, supinating the grip and imagining i'm lifting an Atlas stone rather than hugging a tree. Transfers well to incline and flat bench too.

Shouldn't chest flys be done with your elbows at a fixed angle? It seems to me that you're doing chest press variations rather than flys

Here i would lyk to ask a question???? Why we loose weight or body fat when we do any workout???? Before i wear size L.(large) ..t-shirt but now days i am wearing S (small) size...why is this happening??? Rply plz
You are burning more calories than you are eating so you body uses your your sugars first for energy than carbohydrates then fat and when all that is used it will start burning your muscle for energy source
Hey Dave. I’m confused, seems like when I keep my feet flat on the floor doing chest,the bands pull me back off balance. So to compensate I put my back foot against the door with heel up and then press forward. Should I just use lighter weight or what ?
Yeah, you need to go lighter

Mr Discipline Dave, due to cable flys or any chest workout using resistance band I have developed scapula winging and a snapping scapula on right side (right shoulder blade). Can you suggest me what can I do to fix it.
