I know Mark seems extremely weak amongst the Viltrumites, but keep in mind he’s still basically a toddler compared to the more powerful Viltrumites we’ve seen so far. All of the strongest Viltrumites we’ve seen so far are literally hundreds or thousands of years old, while Mark has only very recently awakened his powers. It’s also been shown this season that he holds back when he fights on Earth, because he doesn’t want to kill his opponents or accidentally hurt innocent people. Mark is actually quite strong for his age and somewhat of a Viltrumite prodigy.
I don't think the adrenaline thing is confirmed in the comics, and it isn't like adrenaline allows u use a strength u don't already have, and it isn't for much time, and it is not without a cost in your system. However yeah, it is gonna take a while but he gets stronger

Rexsplodes powers is that he had this technology planted in him by the government. It basically allows him to charge the molecules of whatever he’s holding to the point they explode. I think the weapons he uses to explode have to be high in density or the higher the density the stronger the explosion but I don’t know too much about that part.
on REX POWERS if i remeber corectly he has bone implant that let him make atoms unstable and make things explod. He has a 1 chapter comic just like eve but they didnt animated it, he was sold by his poor parent to be experimental super assasin as a kid then escaped as a teen but his parents were now living a goob life without him and had a new kid to replace him so he just left them enjoying their new life and eventualy crash at eve house, they both have atom related power due to science experiment and were planed to by kid super soiler assasin like X23
Whoever told you he doesn’t have powers is an idiot. He can charge kinetic energy into inanimate objects and make them explode. The show hasn’t given him any power scaling thus far, but he’s not as weak as he seems. Also has a bit of a durability buff.

Notice even when she took out that kaiju, it was quick and effective....an undertone of to notice is how the superhero way of doing things wasnt gonna cut it in this situation....
