You know, I'm used to seeing Mark Hamill performing the Joker today. He looks older, he does a wonderful Joker, so it's great watching the recordings of the Arkham games and such... But here, he was still young, he still did look A LOT like Luke Skywalker...and it's just creepy as fuck!!

I have to say Mark Hamill trough all of his voice work over the years best captures what the Joker is, at least to me personally. I also love Ledger's contribution to the character as well, I find it hard to believe that these voices come out of these two actors, Mark Hamill has such warm kind voice when he's speaking normally, and Ledger always had a lower Aussie accent, both actors became the Joker in their respective work, and I admire both for what they brought to the role.
I don't think Jack Nicholson should be counted out now. He was fantastic in the first Tim Burton movie and in a lot of ways paved the way for Mark and Heath as the first screen interpretation of the true Joker.

Gotta say, I do always prefer the younger Hamill Joker laugh. Obviously his ageing is inevitable, and there's still a charm to how he does it now (it's matured, especially in the Arkham games).
Hands down the best Batman movie ever made. They didn’t go for a typical main villain from the repertoire, they created a new one who was his shadow and foil. Andrea lost her parents, and so did Bruce, but she went down the darker path of vengeance. The emotional impact of this as a Batman film makes it my favorite, and that reveal when you find out the Phantasm has been her all along really cuts to the core, because she more or less played a role in creating Batman. It shows you who he really is as a character, and why. I still sit there riveted to the screen to this day every time I watch it. Everything about it is perfect.
Really wish that this was on the DVD, it shows just how hard everyone worked on the movie. Batman: The Animated Series was a big part of my childhood that I love looking back on. Hoping to finally get all of the episodes on DVD very soon, along some of the action figures.

Just watched the movie, I don't know how many times I have seen it to this day. I was 13 when I first watched it, and I watched in Spanish. This is why I watched the movie half in English and half in Spanish because there are so many memories about this movie, it is just fantastic. Thanks for the video ❤️. I want to mention that is so nice to see Shirley Walker here, she provided the music for the entire tv show and movies, she was a real talent as all the cast and crew that was part of this marvelous adventure.
