Please Dr, I’m a science student from secondary school down to the University level. I have a background in science. I will be done with my Bachelor’s degree in a biological science course (Plant Science and Biotechnology) very soon in Nigeria. Do I still need the prerequisites? If yes, how long will it take me to do the prerequisites and how long will it take me to do the main nursing program?? I will be so happy if you can guide me on this. Did she get to do OPT after the Accelerated BSN? How was she able to work and remain in status after graduating with the BSN?
Please am a Chartered Accountant and i only have biology as a science student in my SSCE exam. Is it compulsory to write the prerequisites exam before going for the Accelerated Nursing Programm. Am asking to know this is a ground rule for all Universities in US offering this Nursing Programme.

How long were the prerequisites? I’m trying to get into a nursing school in GA but I’m stuck on getting my degree evaluated and where to do prerequisite from
Per my investigation it’s 7 courses usually taken within a year, it depends on your pace and the number of courses you can take at a time, I know some who used 4 months.
Please what are the prerequisite involved, were can I apply for the prerequisite

I studied education and chemistry, will I need to take chemistry as part of my prerequisites.

No please, she completed the pre req, then went to nursing school

Usually 1 year but some people take more classes and complete in 4 months
