@@amakaclaire8539 it’s not me who thinks so. It’s not my idea. It is what is usually stated in different schools’ websites. For many schools in Canada, if you already have a degree and you’re going back to study for another degree AND you want to transfer courses, they will require that the gap between your previous degree and the current program you want to get into should not be more than 5 years. SOME nursing schools in Canada and US are like this. If you’re certain you didn’t see such stipulations in the University of Saskatchewan website, then maybe they probably don’t consider that. So you can go ahead and apply to the school.

You can use a BSc in any course to gain admission into accelerated nursing. You just have to back it up with science prerequisites like I mentioned in the video

With a diploma in nursing, you can take a bridging program that will allow you to take the board exams to become licensed in Canada, although I’m not entirely certain on how it’s done

No… because the nursing program comes with clinical rotations in hospital sites which you have to be physically present to attend. Also, most schools have shifted from online back to in-person classes. So no, you cannot study a nursing program through distance learning.

No. Accelerated Bachelors in Nursing is a Bachelors degree. You cannot do accelerated nursing for Masters degree. If you’re doing accelerated nursing you will get a bachelors degree at the end of the program.
