Wow ...because u really have a verse knowledge and experience for the period u have been a UKRN...even someone that has been there for 7yrs ,might not have these 3 experiences....I hope to also be like this...
Although, I am starting with working with the NHS..will land next week by God's grace...trying to look into whether to move to home care or not...but I want to experience both to know which to choose from...
This is so interesting and insightful…We need one for care homes too…both for nurses and carers., I may not comment always but I watch all your videos and I must commend you that you give good and helpful tips and you are so informed I really appreciate that about you.. your process has also been so inspiring too..
Thank you so much , i got both offers and chose the NHS because of these benefits . Keep producing great content for us overseas nurses soon to migrate . ❤️
Woow apparently your previous trust was good in terms of mentorship cause where I work the trust really doesn’t care.I was a new immigrant nurse who migrated in the heart of Covid yet no one supported me.I’m so disgusted with the NHS honestly can’t wait to leave!!!The pay package is crap and the working environment is so toxic. Not worth the stress if you ask me.Great video as always, keep up!
To be honest the NHS itself is good but sometimes the departmental heads are not proactive and supportive to especially new staff. Mine case isn't as rosy as u think, I had to push things in my interest and today its paid off. If u ain't happy there, do an internal change of jobs, don't allow anyone to steal ur joy sis!!!
Honestly I have also had zero support in NHS it has been hectic fitting into the system, everyone expects you to know how to do things but they don't show you how trust me it's mentally draining
Thank you Becca, please concerning the shopping discount, at what stage are mine entitle to buy with nhs discount. I'm just a month old here in the UK.

Maybe because of the salary or work load? 🤔
