Your best video to date. I usually take Ubers every place but this video inspired me to start taking metro. Tomorrow I’m going in metro to el mayorista to re up on my fruits and tamarindo
One of the most interesting and entertaining videos about this amazing city and the entrepreneurial spirit of her people. Including your father was a great touch. Hágale pues!
I love the relationship you have with your father...what a humble good man. Take care of him, Andrew. P.s. Show us your mom if possible. We're all curious to meet her.
The locals take alot of pride in the Metro train...Its super clean and if you try and eat or drink anything on the train a local will tell you not to....
Hey! What a great video! Loved seeing you hanging out with your dad! He seems like a cool guy. Haven’t watched your channel in a while, but it sounds like you’re a new father! Congratulations my man. 🎉
Thanks for sharing all the station stops, I’ve taken that Metro and its nice and clean for sure. I made a video when I went there showing the Metro and the Metro Cable car. Medellín is a beautiful place I enjoy it and planning on going back there again.
Awesome video, man! I was in Medellin not too long ago, and I love being able to see other parts of the city on your channel that I missed during my visit. 🙏🏽
Great job, one of the best videos of Medellín on TH-cam. I've been using the metro since 2018. Cool to see you hanging out with your dad (in shorts) in colombia.
Just got back from a week in Medellin. Im already planning on going back for a month next. Thanks for all the helpful videos. Everyone visiting definitely needs to learn a bit of Spanish before they go.
Excellent video!! The metro is an excellent way to see the city. Im a gringo with very little spanish and i figured it out easily. I never felt unsafe. Cable cars are great too. The car up to Parque Arvi is a must for any visitor. Its amazing!!!
As a west-sider living in Estadio (and not a lover of private vehicle transportation), I basically get around in one of two ways - my bicycle for anything over on this side (facilitated by the mostly flat terrain and numerous bike paths), and the metro for anything on the other side. Using the metro, I can usually walk from the station or take a quick bus to anywhere I want to see over there within 10-15 minutes, and of course this way you don't have to deal with road traffic. Altogether a great system, though best to not try to go north from Poblado or Industriales any time around rush hour when the trains are packed to the gills. I also got careless a couple of months ago and got my iPhone pick-pocketed, so watch out for that as well.
I just came back from Medellin a second time this week.....Being a Tourist I ubered over to the Maestro Gomez museum....Nobody wanted to pick me up. 😂. As a solo traveller, Plaza Botero can a bit overwhelming at first.
I just love your videos they make me so happy lol so weird ,I can't wait to come over there 2025 ,I gotta say this video was an awesome idea 👏 🫡appreciate u
Good episode. It's insane you can't buy a daily metro pass. You could do this in Vienna or Rome for a third of the cost of Medellin because of the ticketing system.
@@MedellinBuzz yeah I understand. I have one. I just mean you should be able to load a 24 hour ticket onto it with unlimited rides in that time. Most European cities have that for $5-7. Medellin becomes very expensive in comparison if you want to take lots of short trips in a single day like your video.
Sorry Don, you are a smart man especially when it comes to IT and how to use technology. But you have not the communication skills to keep on. I was one of your first followers and enjoyed the informative content. But the minute i made a comment about God. You became very combative in your response to the point even though I resorted back to my old self knowing you wouldn't say it to my face, only behind the camera. Take your life wherever you desire and wish well. But stop doing any youtube vlogs. Doesn't serve you well😒

Yes, they respect the Metro a lot; respect and courtesy are at the forefront-except when the pickpockets run off with your stuff!
Cleanest Metro in the world!
@@DondiniMontefusco got robbed the very first time I took the metro there. Was a goddamn papaya tree to the locals there haha 😭

Can I get on da metro from Cartagena to Medellin?
@@jenningssalvador8978 no
@@MedellinBuzz what’s the best easiest way then?
@@jenningssalvador8978 Take a plane man, the flights like $40 USD, takes about an hour.
Metro is not organized at rush hour; it’s more of a free-for-all😂
Please make a cable car video
Cable car video, Please !
I thought the Metro was more extensive to the point you could live without a car/vehicle.
It is more extensive. I only rode the train lines. It extends out even more via cable cars, light-rail, and integrated bus lines.
