Old Electro Mechanical Calculator - Restoring
In today’s video I decided to restore an Old Mechanical Calculator found in a flea market.
It hadn’t some pieces and was covered with dust.
The seller didn’t guarantee me if it could work, but I decided to give it a try and buy it.
I didn’t want to plug it in before taking a look inside at first, I preferred avoiding any sort of problem. In this restoration video I will try to take back its original shine!

Excelente restauracion, me hicistes volver en el tiempo cuando inicie a trabajar como auxiliar contable en 1981 una maquina de estas me dieron.

Beatuti8ful work mate! Those are pretty cool macines, i hawe a much later made one (70s i think), but made by a Swedish company, and also a realy old hand cranked one.

Thank you! Yes, these are very interesting machines. It’s nice to see the mechanism behind a simple mathematical operation that we now commonly do with an electronic calculator

@@Ego.ReficioYes, i hawe a few old industrial timers, temperature messure instruments for old industrial ovens, etc, i salvaged from the scrap container, some of them are clearly handmade inside and hawe blue safire bearings, those must had been expensive whan they where new and still works perfect now, about 90 years later!

Thank you so much for the compliments! This was, until now, the most complicated video I made. Lots of pieces and components. It helped me a lot to review the parts of the video I had made to see how were mounting the various pieces, springs etc. I am Italian

Salut, non, je n'avais pas prévu de le remonter. les miennes sont basées uniquement sur la mémoire et la partie de la vidéo que j'avais réalisée !
