The stonework on this probably made this a luxury item back in the day.
Average phones would of been made of far cheaper materials.
Congrats on a beautiful restoration!
From Brazil...Just a perfect work. Amazing

Wow you did an excellent job restoring this telephone! This was such a satisfying video to watch, that I’m now a subscriber.TFS!
Amazing how the dirt just brushes away.
Телефон прошлого, конечно же, роскошь! Кроме того, этот телефон очень красивый. Вы, как мастер, просто универсал.
Вам привет из Сибири, Россия, а также удачных реставраций в будущем и много подписок Вашему каналу.
Me encantó. Muchos éxitos. 🌼
Now that is a phone! Wouldn't want to get that thrown at your head.
Where is this place? I have a phone just like this but in much better shape that needs fixing!
I was shocked to see that you used paint instead of electroplating. Touch tone dialing telephones was released in 1963, so even when that was new it was considered a novelty, so no love loss. Good job.
Wooo. The Perfect very mice Restoration JOB. The best Telephone. My Childhood Favorite.❤❤
Looks great.😊
Magnifico trabajo. Felicitaciones. Para el ónix quebrado, te planteastes usar la técnica japonesa de kentsugi?
What a gorgeous restoration ! I've just acquired a similar phone in need of repair and this video gave some excellent pointers to try and restore it to the best of my ability. I wonder is i could possibly use alternatives to onyx glue ? pretty sure i won't be able to find such specific glue where i live. Any idea what could work ?
ficou otimo
i love this
Mine is a newer style but it's all wobbly and need painted. Wow impressive!!
Muito bem feito! Trabalho primoroso! Só queria saber se ele funciona...abraço!
MAGNIFICO
Grandissimo lavoro, complimenti! Un saluto da un connazionale - se non ho visto male ;)
When he painted it I about had a stroke.
этом телефону не больше 30лет
No way this kind of boards exists on this kind of phone
I have another phone similar to this, produced by the same "telmar", and inside there is the same type of electronic board
@@Ego.Reficio Because at the time, a computer would take the size of a room... Because the connections were made by electric wires and not with conductive path on a board. So I am very surprised. Maybe they could make little board but not huge boards?
😃👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😍waaaaaauuuuuuuuuuu

That is a 1970's Replica of a turn of the century phone . It is made by Telmar. the Onyx phone is worth about 60 to 100 US dollars at auction. They are not really rare. Just a nice novelty item.
