  • This hearty, warm dish is guaranteed to warm the soul! Oxtail that has been slow braising for several hours with vegetables, and beef stock, this meat will fall right off the bone. A glass of red wine will be a perfect accompaniment for this meal!

Chef Michael Bonaccini is so elegantly and highly skilled. Who says we need to watch Gordon Ramsay fxxking people around people to get entertained? Well, I'm not one of those who watches drama in the kitchen, because I truly watch and learn to cook. Chef Bonaccini, you're one true legend!

Delicious yes so flavorful. Oxtails are so delicious I prefer them over roast. Thank you this how we cook them in Texas.

Just in case you dont know: An Oxtail is from an Ox, all the rest are "Cow tails", and yes, there is a difference in taste.

How long do you cook it for? 3/4 hours?

Remember folks. All oxtail recipes online only show the biggest and leanest and juiciest cuts. When you hit the market, they look utterly pathetic. You're basically paying for bones at top dollar.
