Just installed the newest nvidia drivers and was having issues with a purple line on my screen. Figured there was an issue with the drivers, so I looked up how to clean install an older driver. This video came up and was a huge help!

I had problems with playing FiveM and staying in discord calls because I kept getting blue screens and driver crashes. I’m about to do this right now to see if it fixes my issue but so far you’ve been a good help in the step-by-step process!

so I was doing display resolution fixes and uninstalled my gpu driver, when I restarted it my gpu driver was gone. none of the other videos worked but this one did. I am reminding you that you are an actual legend. thank you.

Thank you so much for this. I'm always afraid of downloading anything off the internet. I wondered why every time I got an alert telling me that a g force update was ready to install. I'd click install and my pc would give me an error "unable to install you need windows 10 or above". With this method I noticed that it was doing that because my pc was set to only install from the Microsoft store. Goes to show how much I know about computers. Wish I'd paid more attention on my classes for a lot of things now that I'm older. 😂 Thank you so much for this and please anything you think of don't hesitate to make a video. Some people think that because they know a lot on a subject that everyone else knows also. Goes to show it's not the case. Again thank you for such an easy explanation. I think it was years since I updated my drivers because of the error I kept getting. Again thank you and you just got a new subscriber. 🙏

@MikeTheTech man I just messed everything up. I was changing my windows password to a more difficult one and I first put it in my password manager then I went to my windows to change it. Not realizing that I didn't save it in my password manager. So when I went back to look at it I had the old password still it hadn't saved the new one and for the life of me I can't remember the new password I changed it to. So what can I do now. I have no windows password. I still habe my Microsoft password but I can't believe I didn't save my windows password. I should have written it down. But now I dint know what to do. Is there anything I can do that you know of? Dam I'm so pissed at myself for being so dumb and letting the password manager close on me. First thing I should have done was save it. Dam

although I do have a question I tried to play valorant but it shows "the following components are required to run this program DirectX runtime" i need help on that. @@MikeTheTech
Did you restart your PC? directx usually comes with the driver package or windows itself. You can download it from Microsoft though. For example DirectX 11 is here www.microsoft.com/en-us/Download/confirmation.aspx?id=17431
