    I close 45% of the sales calls that I get on. I get this close rate because I treat the prospect as a patient in the initial sale call. I position myself as a doctor who’s job it is to truly uncover and resolve their pain.
    I know that we have a great product. And so, most of the time, if I can show the prospect that the pain of doing nothing is higher than the pain of solving the issue, they want to get started.
    Here are the 8 discovery call steps that get me to that final purchase decision. Most sellers I train are surprised by how I handle step 6.
