I would like to ask a question if you dont mind - For consulting calls exceeding no more than an hour, how many calls should we have for a one off client?
Obviously I am keeping in mind MVO and making sure I am delivering all the information I can to my client to reach their target position, but still on the fence whether I am having to less or to much calls.

In my opinion, less is more. Too much information is overwhelming and nothing ends up moving forward. With understand your clients current situation and where they want to go- prepare for a 30-45 min call max. That has helped me in the past. Preparation is key. Know what you want to deliver on the call, and have 1-3 action items. Period.

@@TheDarkNight333 correct - for your actual coaching / consulting calls, less is more. Some of the greatest coaching programs I’ve been apart of have 30 min calls max! That’s because the roadmap and action items are clear. Tackle 1 problem at a time. Hope that helps.

This information is powerful, especially today when everyone promotes flashy offers and makes bold promises just to make quick money but can’t deliver due to a lack of fundamental understanding.
Storing calories, and getting calories out of storage matters is the actual first principle. That is driven by hormones, and those hormones are partially influenced by same actions that cause that deficit and surplus. There are people who will eat and is starved of energy at the same time because their eating habits have driven hormonal changes to store energy constantly. Then there are people who have energy while not eating because they have conditioned their body to actually release the fat. Calories in and Calories out is simplification and analogy of what actually happens so that lay persons have some kind of simple metric to calculate. And standards for calculating food calories and calorie consumption is done by analogy instead by first principles.

Now I understand why I get so overwhelmed and stuck and felt paralysis just ready for information gathering, when I bought classes about selling, and they started to just telling techniques (25 techniques of selling on stories of Instagram (numbers on hand fingers, with and without, if not..., 30 techniques for persuasion. in making a photography contract. ) That was because they didn't say or even know about fundamentals of selling (that it is all psychology and persuation) and just selling a bunch of techniques...
Also, the part you mentioned the cross part of intersection of subjective and objective, I had thought about the reason of and benefits and also cons of imagination.. and also I had thought about why some courses that are not in proper time for everyone stops them from going ahead, like mantra or childhood schemas for someone who don't know the fundamental of business and have not chosen what to sell.

Charlie, have you studied Hermeticism? Because almost all of the mentalism techniques you talk about, from cause and effect to your beliefs creating your reality, are ideas you can derive from the 7 Hermetic Principles. If you haven't studied this metaphysical discipline, I highly recommend diving into it. A great intro book is "The Kybalion" by The Three Initiates.

It's true that pain avoidance it's one of the things that guide us Charlie, but if you think about it, if that would be the core, we would avoid connections with other people & any responsibilities.
The thing that guides us the most is the longing of love, we want to be loved and accepted (that's why herd mentality is very common). That is why childhood is one of the things that forms us the most; how we learned love and to be loved by our parents and family is what really shapes our future, because we will take actions that our subconscious thinks are what are going to get us that love... reality is bittersweet really.
