Here’s what I would do. People like sunny blue skies and crystal clear water, it affects their mood in a positive way. I would avoid filming on rainy gloomy days, but be quick to take video and capture happy joyful moments and breathtaking scenery. Share with the world these beauties which not everyone has the pleasure and privilege of experiencing for themselves. Make your channel about the tropical marvel that is Siargao, but do so only when your spirit and mood are right for such. Don’t ever force it. Let it happen when you know the time is right. Feel no obligations.

I think you just do nothing and take a real break. I like seeing videos of the family. To me that is new. I've been watching a long time so saw everything with the family in AC. It's interesting for me to see the interaction since I'll be doing the same thing when I retire. I see other youtubers putting out videos once a month, some go a long time between videos but i always watch when they come back

Anyone that thinks TH-cam is not a "Real" job needs to start a channel and see what it takes to get monetized. I have had channels since 2007 and have many, getting monetized is not what people think. It is constant work! And you have to learn like 5-10 new jobs and do them all yourself! Do some more scuba diving? Maybe go spear fishing or sport fishing. Go out with one of the local fisherman for a day.
