Any tips on hiring staff currently using the tier 10 lower leagues mod and my current team doesn’t have any staff I’ve placed a advert and nothing for 6mths
I would’ve said “place an advert” 😂 I assume your board haven’t given you many staff spaces but your best bet is to go to the staff search and filter by attributes for each role and then lower your search criteria until you find some suitable candidates who are interested and won’t break the bank. Hopefully the game has created enough staff so you can fill the roles. At that level the attributes will be poor regardless so try and limit wages as much as possible.
I messed around at Bagshot (lvl 10) for awhile and I didn't get any responses until all my leagues head coach openings were filled. Sounds like you're beyond that, though. Are you winning?
Question is director of football the general manager. Dont have a director of football in my Arsenal save. Have a general manager and technical director
