Managing in Belgium starting from the 8th tier. It's challenging because the rule of minimum 3 homegrown at club players (5 from the 3rd tier on) forces you to develop and play youth even without the facilities for it. Leagues without those limitations will be easier but I like a challenge 😅
Which Belgium club did you choose? LLM is really addicting, it is more challenging and gives you more satisfaction when things turn out more than okay😃.
@@godenzoon5955my local club, VC Zwijnaarde (Gent), but the save file got corrupted when I reached the Challenger Pro League. I started again from scratch at Gijzel-oosterzele (also in 3de provinciale) but with the aim of making it a "park to prem" / journeyman save and switching clubs regularly. Halfway first season I'm 2nd in the league and on my 2nd coaching badge. Reeeeaaaaally addictive ;-)
Once you get around a week into August most clubs don’t ask for you to pay a percentage of their wages. So be patient, work with what you’ve got then sign top loanees in August.
beg the board to get a senior affiliate. im playing AFC Wimbledon, i requested the board for a senior affiliate, and they gave me 3 choices. West Ham, Arsenal, and Swansea. i chose the team with the best facilities so i picked Arsenal. When you go and ask for a loan, loan players from their u-21 squad will always let you get them on loan FOR FREE. you don't need to pay their wages. get a lot of loan players from your senior affiliate because they will help the team and give the squad some needed depth.
Starting in Serie C in Brazil I looked at young players values on sortitoutsi but they're different to what they are in game unsure if it's because they're now in a lower division Enjoying it, it's a hard division to get out of I bought young players in but none are worth anything so this coming season just going for veterans and experienced players and loan players from Serie A or Serie B
I have a pre existing affiliate at Needham in VNN with Ipswich who are currently in the Premiership, they refuse to load any players because they want them playing at a higher level. Is there any way around this besides just getting promoted?
I think the only thing you can really do is try for another (slightly lower) affiliate or wait until your/the league reputation is higher. (Might be able to force something in the editor but I wouldn't really know).
When i downloaded the pack and do the extract the file then inside is the photos and white file..i think blue or white little ball in the middle its the only way to work.. sorry for my bad English and thk!
I know how youre feeling. Currently managing Crewe and it’s irritating having no transfer budget or even wage budget to increase depth but are expected to play entertaining football even with the factor of injuries being a huge issue with this game.
Trial farming is obviously incredibly useful, as is focusing on physicals - particularly speed/aerials. With youth players, it's a trade off. Not focusing up on their development, but simply what they can offer to the first-team for £20p/w. I did relatively well with Southport in the Vararama North using tons of 18-22 year olds, finishing second and getting completely FM'd in the playoff final (killed Xg, but they scored a penalty, a worldie, and a 30 yard own goal - but I digress), all while making tens of thousands of pounds a month, because my wage budget was tiny.

Me sat here with 2k a week wage budget, £59 to play with. And £75 in my scouting budget - hoping this video could fix it
Nice tips!

In western super mare...no wage money , most of good players leaving in a month and they cut wage budget...part time is a killer
Same mate lost the play off final 2 seasons in A row 😂
