Yes, you will have to be there for allotment but the allowed timeframe is 6-12 months.

People with money to invest won't be able buy 30 MTR plot.
1) These plots can't be sold for 10 years from allotment.
2) people with income more than 3 lacs per annum can't apply for these.
3) they won't generate much return either due to target gentry and their limited purchase power.

This wouldn't be handed over to YEIDA, you need to pay the lease renewal fee to renew it again for 99 years.

They wouldn't allow the transfer without OC and lease rent paid. You need to take approval from CEO of the YEIDA.
