  • This is essentially the best I could do. Could grind for a perfect, but my relationship with Padma is the same as with PDH (either failing it 50 times in a row or cap it 20 times back to back) so yeah.
    ============================================
    Tried to keep the spirit of the original Padma while making her difficult enough compared to a high-end S5 boss because while Padma is around as good as Set, if not better, she is terribly easy. Literally so trivial to the point that even I could perfect her on Lunatic as a low-end Hard player.
    One mayor note: Around 40% of the changes here are literally just things that gets un-commented in the game files. Padma could've been a reasonably difficult boss, but devs nerfed her to hell.

    Changes:
    Pre-boss; Commented the dialogues, Padma will now shut the fuck up and stop attemting to give you a lecture about her religion that forces you to press z 200 times or something
    Non 1: Standard proceedure of "Faster, denser". No significant changes, aside from the extra overlaps at the end of each cycle.
    Strange Sihouette "Tiger Cage Zoetrope": The activating ring is made much bigger, the radius of the butterfly ring is bigger and the butterfly ring is much more dense compared to the original. Knives now spawns in sets of 2/3 which, well, makes them a lil' bit more difficult to navigate around. Also some of them aren't affected by the transforming zone, so routes are supposed to be much stricter. Still around 95% static though.
    Non 2: Again, just denser and faster shit. The arrowhead formation of kunais are larger to pose more of a threat than the og. Also the leftover kunais are there for, well, obstacle while moving around. This route is terrible tho, I have better ones in stock.
    Agonizing Sihouette "Iron Maiden"
    First instances of devs commenting shits that could've made the boss much better out from the game to make it more accessible to people. The fly originally aims at you instead of going sideways. I combine both of the two flies to make the route more strict, and add the red aimed kunais because that'll make the spell feels less empty. Also the firing rate of the gray butterflies are massively increased and they're criscrossing now. As for strats, I'mm a lot better at this spell in spell practice. Just move up and down and keep focusing (literally), wait until the flies started aiming at you then start moving up/down and pray to god that Padma won't move way too far to the sides should work out fairly well.
    Non 3:
    Another instance of devs commenting shits that could've made Padma much more difficult. They removed the aimed gray kunais that comes from Padma (not the flies). I add those spooky rings because I have seen some quite interesting overlaps when I accidentially got too close to Padma in the og. Those rings should make routes much denser and forces you to NOT bottomhug, which is the reason why the original non3 sucks so bad. Basically bringing back the wasted potential to this non.
    Whirling Sihouette "Kinetic Panopticon"
    The most notable of wasted potential in this game. Seriously, what the hell were you thinking when you removed those spinning butterflies from this spell, devs? This spell could've been much, much better, but they removed the god damn butterflies that guards the sihouettes. I don't even have to add those in, they're just commented. And even if they weren't removed, there are only 1/2/3/4 of them, which isn't even dense enough.
    insert something something about nerfing the game so that it would appeal better towards scrubs to boost the game's reputation here
    Exhausting Sihouette "Salaryman's De Rode Sko"
    This is literally THE ONE THING that made me feel the best playing out of everything I've ever touched (both playing, modding and creating). It gets the balance of rushing around like a maniac, routing, micrododging, luring, misdirecting and mild IQ play just right. It's single handedly the best shumps pattern I've ever played.
    First 3 waves are similar to og's Lunatic, wave 4-5 is the mild IQ stuff (look at how I move in relative to the previous movement and how the spell would be literally impossible if I didn't do that), wave 6 is spinning and wave 7 is just rushing the fuck out. Basically 4 phases in a 35--sec survival.
    Also this spell on Lunatic is literally called "Corporate Livestock's Self Sacrifice", why don't you just make the coins turns into dragonflies or something and aims back to Padma,bumping into the circle and kill themselves, duh?
    Mirror Sihouette "Selbsterkenntnis"
    Pretty unexpectedly difficult. Bullets could curve from the back to snipe you now. Probably better when you chill out. Also the fly rings are aimed, which makes this spell aimed static btw.
