Eating Keto/Low-Carb doesn't warrant a "Yikes!!!" LOL! Plenty Carnivores have lost a ton of weight eating steak laced with butter. And they're pretty healthy. It's those glucose-laden carbs that can kill you and cause you to put on the poun🙃
