A good summary Todd. I have used LEE filters for many years and love the system, no frills, just does the job. I have broken 1 graduated filter when my tripod & camera was blown over setting up for a shot in Milford Sound NZ :(. Camera & Lens were OK BUT the filter shattered.
Nice, clear, and concise info presented (once again). I'm considering the Breakthrough filter EF to RF converter with a circular polarizer and an ND filter of some kind for my 11-24mm EF and other EF lenses for my R6. What is your opinion on that product from them? Thanks!
Depending on the thread size of your lenses you can still spend a lot on circular filters as you may need multiple sets if the thread sizes differ between your lenses... 📷
Between the Breakthrough X100 system and the PolarPro Summit, which would you choose? Your videos helped me greatly when I first dipped my toes into the world of filters, thanks!
I personally use round filters. What I do is I buy one large size, in my case 67mm, and then use step up rings to make those filters compatible with all my lenses. Generally I find it to be a much cheaper option as I'm not buying different sized filters and it tends to be a one size fits all solution.
No need of the stinking phone app, 10 stops of ND means just turn your shutter up by 10 stops (20 clicks or 30 clicks depending on whether your camera uses 1/2 stop or 1/3 stop increments).
Todd you are really very good. Keep it up.
Thank you, this was very helpful!
Good stuff! Very helpful. Almost at 20k subs, hopefully this video puts you over the top!
Okay, I know this is random, but what is that black over shirt your wearing in this video?? I love it! Also very helpful stuff, as always, Todd 🤘

Square filters especially with large holders can have a disadvantage in very windy conditions.
I enjoy your void I have spent a small fortune on nd filters and have not took the time to go play I am talking 5,000 or more I need help

Can you add subtitle / closed captions for deaf audiences please
So the solution is to get filter inside the body infront of the sensor instead of these other crappy ways? Ok got it.
