    The mesh side panels, same as NR200P works so well with RGB. It just gives it a nice glow. I love putting a led strip around the bottom, back and top on the user side. It gives the case such a cool look during dim lit room lighting. This seems like a fun case to build in too!

    I really like how this case looks, and it is compatible with a 360mm radiator which is going to be more important than ever for high end systems these days with increased CPU power consumption and heat output.

    • @MikeHedges1993
      @MikeHedges1993 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      360mm is absolutely not needed for most people. Even on top tier cpus unless you are rendering on the system. Which if you are doing work why do you need to have a small case. So the amount of people that will use a 360 in a small case is an insanely low number.

    I ordered the black, tempered glass version of this case for my new build and the parts are arriving today. It was hard to find a micro-ATX case with a front panel USB-C connector, so thank you Asus! I always build with Asus motherboards and so I'll be plugging the USB-C front panel cable into the USB-C connector on the Asus Prime Z790M-Plus motherboard I'm using in my build.
    It seems strange to be mounting the power supply in the front, that's no big deal.
    Also, this will be my first tower without any 5.25 or 3.5 inch front panel openings. But I really don't need them. I have an external DVD-RW I can use for the very rare times I use an optical drive these days.
    Looking forward to getting this build going!! 🙂

  • @TheShortStory
    @TheShortStory ปีที่แล้ว +16

    Very happy with this case. After upgrading from an old similarly-sized Cooler Master Silencio something, this feels like a premium product.
    Got two bottom fans constantly blowing air through the filter at the GPU and hopefully introducing positive air pressure most of the time to reduce dust, an exhaust fan behind the tower cooler and a couple of top exhaust fans for when things get too steamy.
    Cable management wasn’t easy, but with a modular PSU you should be able to hide the clutter.
    The case is easy to build in and maintain thanks to the convenient pop-out panels. Even with the panels off it feels solid. I’d go so far as to call it pretty good value, though the discerning buyer will consider the included exhaust fan close to e-waste.
    Expecting this will last decades.

    Heads up if you use a 280 rad on top it is impossible with mother boards with big coolers on the upper motherboard chipsets as they will prevent cpu cooler rad from matching with mounting screw holes. biggest you can use is a 240 rad setup width wise or the narrow 360 rad cooler.

    The question I have now for my 5600 + 7800 XT build is "is this the case, or should I just stick to my original plan of the Pop Mini Air". A lot of people out there are saying the Pop Mini's airflow and GPU temps suck due to the shroud being so close to the bottom plate inside the case. This is why I'm looking at the AP201.
    I just don't like the wacky PSU layout. And, the Pop Mini comes with 3 fans, whereas this only comes with 1 exhaust. Cannot decide!

    hi which Deepcool 360 aio is that? i dont have many choices so looking at a 240 or 360 Deepcool for my 13400f build in the same case. would the bigger aio make a difference or just stick with the 240?

      It is LS720, but you may consider LT720 too.

    Hi. Just want to ask. I have Arctic Liquid Freezer II 240 (63mm thick w/ fans installed) and a TUF B450M Pro II with a thick top vrm heatsink (about 33mm). I wonder if the aio will hit the vrm heatsink? Thank you in advance.

      240mm aio wont hit the heat sink but a 280mm aio has a chance to hit it

    Cool case(pun unintended), not all so compact if you think the footprint is of regular mid tower case. You save some height though which is not practically so important in most cases(pun unintended), but looks better though.

      Well I'm actually considering this case exactly because of how short it is. I have a bookshelf above the desk where I plan to place my build and it limits the height of the case to 380mm. Most matx cases are 400+mm which is too tall for me while this one is definitely short enough. Also I don't want to use an itx simply because it gets more expensive.

      @@MarkoVuckovic32 I build PC like 2 weeks ago and choose this case, I am very happy with it.

    Whats wrong with cooling of that 6700XT? 🤔 I have Red Devil RX 6700 XT in old SilverStone Fortress FT03 (MATX vertical case), and GPU temps don’t exceed 71°C at full load. I bet its temps in this case wouldn’t exceed 65°C.

      What's your power level set too? Voltage offset? sustained boost clocks? Ambient temps?

    no comment on the drawbacks or benefits of the odd PSU installation orientation? having a PSU exhaust into a case doesn't seem like a good idea, even if the case is mesh.,

    • @ElevatedSystems
      @ElevatedSystems  ปีที่แล้ว +3

      No it's not odd and is pretty normal. Almost all top mounted PSUs draw in air from the inside of the case, and the exhaust from the back of the PSU isn't that warm if you have an efficient unit and configuration. Remember the fan is an intake not an exhaust.

    Seems like a good case to me good airflow, good size(love the CoolerMaster NR200 for example (Cant stand wasted space NZXT H510 for example that case also isnt good for airflow but it was my first case and i was a noob) and compatible with alot of different things youll also save money not having to buy itx parts 😂
