Skeletor = Havoc Staff
Teela = Kobra Staff
Etc.
While I may not be crazy about He-Man, I still love watching you tackle different props in your own way. And again, I love how you include the failed attempts and thought process!

Odin this turned out so great! Im kind of salty that I made my sword before you did.. the way you did it, the blade and tip turned out so clean! When I made mine (a little over a year ago), I did it while at my dad’s car repair shop, so I made an Aluminium handle, and steel reinforcements through the blade. And the way the pieces fit together, it makes really cool sounds when swung around.

So many great tips in this video! Between using acetone on PVC and foam cat balls for half spheres...I'm taking notes.
It looks perfect. A bit of trivia. The huge handguard on He-Man’s Power Sword was designed that way to make it look like a key. You put together both halves of the Power Sword, and then stuck it into the hole next to the jawbridge of the Castle Grayskull playset to open it. The Power Sword is the key to Grayskull, so it makes sense.

You have the POWERRRR! why not make a full size "toy" version, one side silver grey, one side purple, complete with that hand bar, and have them fit together with neodymium or even fridge type magnets so they can be separated? As a MOTU fan, that would be great.....actually I'm tempted to try that myself

To make it look more like the Power Sword from the toys, without the extra guard on the hilt, you could get away with just painting one half purple to make it appear like it is two swords put together.

Absolutely love it. I remember peddling extremely fast on the way home after school just to watch He-Man. Loved that cartoon. A few years later She-Ra came out. I still have all of my She-Ra figures put up. It was a shame the shows didn’t last long.

This sword was the first ever prop, if you could even call it that, I ever made. Big cardboard box, hand drawn and cut out with cheap scissors. It was crap, but my 8 year old self loved it.
