You seem to think that the nutritional contents of different foods cannot be measured. Yes they can, and rather easily. Meat invariably comes out miles ahead of plants when it comes to nutrient density. That is, after taking into account not only total content of nutrients, but also the absorbability of those nutrients. Nutrients in plants have a very low rate of absorbability. Meat is digested much more completely. It's the fiber and anti-nutrients in plants that are the main problem. They interfere a lot with absorption. Meat wins, as long as it is properly produced. We're not talking about cheap, grain-fed crap.

Additionally, I fail to see a valid point in the mentioning of your unsuccessful transition to a vegan diet.

... Speaking of fighting for Justice, food for thought did you know that 84% if vegans end up going back to animal based due to Malnutrition? And no... They didn't do a vegan diet lol (I personally love that ignorant line), you simply can't do a non specie appropriate diet correlty we weren't built for plant foods constantly, everything about our biology is set up for Animal products from our Natural PH levels, intestinal track, absorption rate all the way to our liver creating its own Blood glucose for energy without carbs through a process called Glycogenolysis and
Gluconeogenesis... Speaking of using your intelligence, where is yours? You are literally eatting a diet not fit for human over conception lol in a echo chamber full of other not so smart individuals to pat you on the back for thinking like them which limits your ability to learn as it's much easier to stay comfortable then it is to progress lol while listen to the advice of someone who literally looks sick, in every single video it looks like the light set he uses is covering up how sick he really is. There's a reason vegans start declining in health around 3-7 years with a complete loss of health around 25 years which isn't seen in another diet besides SAD (Standard American Diet) which is also why every single Vegan report centers around SAD as a direct comparison... So when vegans say "Veganism is healthier", ask compared to what? It's always the SAD which everyone is healthier then SAD lol. You guys are literally consuming toxins and neurotoxins from carbs/Starches, Antinutrients and plant toxins created to get you to stop eating them all the way to altered grocery store products... You are literally paying to kill yourself slowly.

@@niken538 this is the problem with a lot of vegans and im not saying this in some condescending way because i was guilty of it too.... but this generalization of what Joe is about and why he is pro animal eating isnt going to get us anywhere.
i understand his perspective when it comes to this stuff. there is a legitimate war on masculinity that is in fact being pushed by the government for insidious purposes. they believe soy and these mock meats are a push to make men unhealthy and weak. you have to understand their viewpoint so that you can counter it better instead of just saying unintelligible things like "they have a carnivore agenda".
if i were to talk to these people, id come to them with these facts:
      1. soy is not feminizing. it has been used in asian and middle eastern cultures in place of animals when there were not enough animals left to eat.
      2. mock meat, cheese, mock eggs and milk are NOT staples of the plant based diet
      3. all people can live and thrive on a vegan diet simply by understanding nutrition and embracing different cultural foods.
conversation stands out to people better when they have a mutual understanding of each others concerns. Joe had one vegan guy on and the reason why he "mysteriously forgot" that conversation was because he was ego hurt.
