I grabbed the Hasselblad and a couple of rolls of Ilford HP5 and spent some time in the discomfort zone fighting my inner demons. Also, Killswitch Engage is the greatest band name ever. I wanna have it on my grave.

Hi Seb! Ich mochte es auch, vor allem landschaftlich. Ich muss aber auch ganz klar sagen: ich war sehr erschrocken nach den Gesprächen, die ich mit den Menschen in zB. Magdeburg, der Region um Cottbus, Heidesee und im ganzen Landkreis Dahme Spreewald geführt hab. Das, was mir da entgegengeschlagen ist, habe ich im Rest der Republik nicht erlebt.
When I was a kid, black-and-white film was pretty much the only option if you wanted to develop a film yourself at home. Also, it was cheaper. Also, the great photographers of the old days used black-and-white film, and most newspapers printed black-and-white photos. Therefore, I have continued with black and white film and never thought that there is anything artsy or fancy about it. Great video, by the way. Keep it up! 😊👍🏻

Habe lange in Weimar gelebt und vermisse den leichten Zugang zu Natur, Hügeln, Windrädern und verlassenem Krams hier in Hamburg schon sehr. Schau mal bei Schloß beichlingen vorbei. Dort ist ein altes Untergrund ddr Gefängnis das überirdisch als Schule getarnt war. Im Eingangsbereich sind wir mit nem escape room gewesen, aber über und oberirdisch ist das krass weitläufig für etwas das nie in Betrieb genommen wurde. Auch in die ausenlager von buchenwald kommt man semi legal. Da wurden unterirdisch Flugzeug teile gebaut.

I love going on photo trips in Brandenburg on my bike. It's amazing how empty the place is once you step out of the Berlin clusterfuck😂 but the roads and farmlands are all manicured so it feels like the humans living there suddenly disappeared that morning

The shot in the top of the guard tower, with the geometric shadows and window, is a certified banger. Personally I like HP5 at 800 (a lot of people swear by it at 1600). ALso, if you have plenty of light, FP4+ is definitely worth a go, it has a shade more baked in contrast than HP5, it's absolutely gorgous.

Really got me a little into the walking dead feeling, except this time our protagonist is the one doing baby steps. I guess people really didn’t wanted you there but it’s great you obviously don’t give a damn about that. The outcome of that mindset was, in my not so humble opinion, a couple of slightly pissed people and another short film you literally can’t compare to others. What ever you mean by „it’s gonna be better“ I hope your upcoming films are as free as this one cause we really have enough Peter Mckinnons on here.
Truth is Peter wasn’t Peter 5 years ago. We will see what TH-cam is going to do with this channel…
