lol just because you haven't seen it doesn't mean he's lying. I have personally seen women peeing on the street... in Accra. As an example, when i was in SHS, right next to our school, a middle-aged lady was walking past and she just slight entered a grassy area in front of the school and peed there. My mates and I observed from the 1st floor, she probably thought no-one saw because the street was deserted :X
