Wythe make some great jackets. I got their Donegal corduroy ranch jacket in marine blue, which is essentially the same thing but in speckled corduroy, and I have to say the quality is superb and it gets compliments all the time! Their ranch jackets are a great alterative to normal denim jackets. This one looks great on you!
Definitely a beautiful well designed jacket. Love how the copper rivets pop. Eye catching for sure! Looks very comfortable and soft to the touch. I have the mister freedom dark brown Frontier blouse jacket and also has the exposed rivets on the pocket. For the same reason I have two denim jackets but want something more, I guess, pliable. Hence why I got this lightweight duck canvas jacket. Good for all year round.
I have 2 of these, one in a brown Bedford cord and they both get compliments, and I would say they are like Japanese sizing- snug with long arms so size up. My only criticism is the bright copper rivets don’t match the patina on the copper snaps, but that’s my OCD, lol

I actually think this is supposed to be modeled after earlier versions of the Type 1, the 506xx blouse from the 1900s pre 1928 which had just one pocket. Wythe is combining that with Levi's pique fabric which came out on their Type 3 jackets? Not entirely positive on that bit but great video!

Just checked out the website really like the stuff. I like the collar of the frontier jacket in there waxed canvas. So many great brands
