I feel like the hyenas should be a mid size theropod, my pick would be Carnotaurus. Not only does it look evil but it is similar to the hyenas in the sense that it would be the apex predaror were it not for the larger rexes
That’s a neat idea and has some sound logic behind it. I think when compared to the size of Scar and Simba though the hyena stand ins need to be more medium sized; especially during the Be Prepared number where Scar absolutely needs to tower over them. Plus when they eventually kill Scar, swarming him like a potential pack of raptors would to a larger dino seems more appropriate too.
I would assume Timon would be a microceratus like the ones in the Circle Of Life video. As for Pumbaa, maybe a medium sized ceratopsian like centrosaurus, or a medium sized stegosaurid like kentrosaurus.

Yes!! My first thought of the the dino version of hyenas would be Velociraptors. But then I remembered, "Oh, wait, the Jurassic Park version was very much inaccurate."
My thoughts exactly Back in the 90’s I thought Velociraptors because of Jurassic Park. But as it turned out they were very small: Utahraptor or Deinonychus seemed more appropriate!
Raptors are a bit overused. Why not give the Dilophosaurus a shot? Besides raptors seems to have been taken by the cheetah if you look at the circle of life video.
This part was really good, I think the next part will be what Simba would look like when he's young T-Rex and when his father Mufasa will show him around the entire Kingdom to being the next T-Rex King before Zazu would show up to bring up the morning report until the hyenas would show up Mufasa would have to deal with while Zazu had to take Simba back home while he talk's with his uncle scar before he would tell him about The Elephant Graveyard which was supposed to be a secret where Simba, Nala and Zazu would meet The Trio Hyena's Shenze, Banzai, and Ed before being chased and mufasa would have to come to rescue them and he would be very disappointed in his son for disobeying him to not go there which they both would have a talk around nightfall that is until mufasa would tell his son Simba about the stars that the great Kings of the past look down upon them so whenever he looks upon them to always remember that those kings would always be there to guide him and so would his father too

Then Zazu is hilarious, keeps reminding me of Petrie. And Rafiki, as a Therazinosaurus works great. Is another part coming after this one just out of curiosity? It's fine if not, these three parts have been awesome to see. Keep up your awesome content!
