Absolutely beautiful home. I love the whole house especially the space above the garage. My parents had a large space above their garage. I moved back in with them for a bit when I got divorced and they turned that room into an entertainment room for me and my two kids as well as my younger sister to give us separation from them. I loved it. Love this house. Thanks for sharing 💜🏡
I absolutely really love the layout of this place and the exterior of it. My favorite parts are the built-ins throughout, back deck, benches throughout, and the master bathroom.❤❤❤❤❤
I grew up in this neighborhood as my parents bought new in 1974. It's amazing how it's undergoing a transformation as tear-downs are leading to these massive new houses. I hope you toured the other two on this street as well. The one furthest east of this one on Hunting Ridge Rd was my favorite of the bunch, and surprisingly the least expensive.
Love this layout and decor. Having some separate living spaces and an extraordinary kitchen / formal dining room is a plus for this home. Totally of my league though 🙂
The microwave oven is too low. You might not think that you don’t need to bend down that far to use it, but you would have to bend down far to see and use the controls. For someone wearing bifocals, it would be even harder.
Lovely home but not a fan of the orange wood ceiling on the back porch or the shiny tiles on the back wall. Also the lights in the pantry are cool white…I would swap them for warm white bulbs
I love the chandelier in the dining room. And the patio with the screen. Otherwise, I’m not a fan. The exterior is imposing and unwelcoming. Sorry, Timothy, your tour was great. But the house didn’t appeal to me.
I absolutely love everything about this home!!! The exterior, interior, fixtures, decor and layout!!!!🥰🥰🤩
You're absolutely right. Dont like tv over the fireplace

RCH just knows how to build unpretentious beautiful homes. They're one of my favorites you tour. 👏🏻
Absolutley gorgeous
Totally Outstanding. Love every square inch of this magnificent home, ❤
I love the room above the garage and your library idea.
This house is stunning! If I can get the sink off the island in the kitchen, I'd make an offer!
I agree. I don't like island sinks. Much rather look out the window, and don't want dirty or drying dishes so visible from the living room.
I’d use your bookcase area - that whole space for a craft room. Love this house but it’s only in my dreams.
You should do a meet up next time you are in Raleigh-Durham Tim.
Beautiful home
Nice pantry
Very Beautiful home!
Absolutely amazing please will you tour the Fairway from Starr homes I'll really like to see it😅😅😅
Yes, would definitely buy this home. And if I could afford to buy it, I could afford to close the pool in to use year round. :)
I want the dining room! How do I get info on the wallpaper?
Very nice. 🤗
I prefer this hone to the more modern style ones. It's more homey.
The formal dining room should have a buffet table

As always, would be nice to see some hanging rods in the laundry
Gorgeous house, but there’s not really any privacy in the backyard and that would definitely put me off buying a place like this.
How can a three million dollar home not have a pot filler?
Not for 3.4 mil.

We can see what the rich live in, we can't see how they live.
How they live? Quite well actually. Thanks for asking.
@@oliphauntsneverlie6227I mean, there’s been instances where rich people turn into hoarders and live in filthy houses.
my house is disgustingly under decorated compared to these homes
